During a session of intense deadlifting I described what felt like a pinch in my right knee, the same I often felt walking stairs. Holden corrected my natural stance, where I was pointing my right foot outward, to simply aligned forward for proper distribution of weight across my three knee pads. I felt I was walking pigeon-toed for several days. I believe this simple correction is buying years on my right knee before I’ll need surgery!
